Chief Strategy Officer, Equiduct

Wail Azizi is the Chief Strategy Officer at Equiduct and is at the forefront of the developments in the European retail trading landscape.

He joined the company in 2018 and spearheaded the creation of the commercial functions of the firm as well as the launch of Apex, the commission-free Best Execution service for retail orders. He has since been responsible for the expansion of the firm in terms of clients, products and strategy.

Prior to joining Equiduct, Wail Azizi held several positions at NYSE Euronext and then Euronext, first as Fixed Income Product Manager, then as Advisor to the CEO and to the EVP and lastly as Head of Business Development where he was one of the founders of Euronext’s Best of Book service for retail flow.
