Pre-Conference Sponsorship Benefits
- – Acknowledgement in online and print marketing promotions, conference email promotions and press releases.
- – Acknowledgement on conference website with link to home site.
- – Listing in the conference event app under sponsor tab.
- – Pre-conference attendee list distributed approximately three (3) weeks prior to conference, including name, company, title, mailing address, phone number and email address for those who ‘opt- in’. Email addresses may be used one time prior to the conference and may only be used subsequently if recipients ‘opt-in’ to receive emails from Sponsor. Sponsor to ensure compliance with GDPR and global privacy laws.
On-Site Sponsorship Benefits
- – Sponsor acknowledgement on printed conference signage as well as Sponsor’s logo included in the master slide deck that is displayed in the general session room.
- – Additional conference delegate registrations available at discounted rate $500.
- – Profile and contact information in event app.
- – Prior to the conference, FISD will provide AsiaFIC attendees with a mobile app including networking capabilities with one-to-one messaging and ability to arrange meetings, virtual matchmaking, interactive sponsor profiles, social media sharing, agendas and maps featuring Sponsor branding as outlined above.
- – Lead scanning via event app.
Post-Conference Sponsorship Benefit
- – Post-event attendee list (name, company, title, mailing address, phone and email for those who opt-in) distributed approximately three (3) weeks after the event. Email addresses may be used one time prior to the conference and may only be used going forward if recipients ‘opt-in.’
