Shuya leads sales and business development for Equities Trading across the Asia-Pacific region at the London Stock Exchange. She works closely with buy-side and sell-side institutions to enhance market access and drive liquidity from APAC across the London Stock Exchange and Turquoise.

In her time, she has gathered markets experience across Derivatives, Commodities and Equities. Prior to joining LSEG in 2022, Shuya served as Associate Director at Asia Pacific Exchange in Singapore, where she was responsible for the futures and derivatives product adoption and sales strategy. Shuya began her career at China Financial Futures Exchange in 2015.

Shuya holds a master’s degree from Cornell University and PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University.
