Sara Baker is a seasoned expert in market data with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held key roles at top-tier institutions such as Citigroup, RBC, Daiwa, and HSBC Private Bank, specialising in inventory management, compliance, procurement, and licensing.

Since joining Crown Jewels Consultants (CJC) in 2016, Sara has led numerous client engagements and strategic initiatives. In 2022, she became the Global Head of Commercial Management, driving operational efficiency and market data optimisation for clients worldwide.

Recognised as “Consultant of the Year” at the 2022 Women in Technology and Data Awards, Sara is known for her problem-solving skills and client-centric approach. She also plays a pivotal role in training new analysts and spearheads CJC’s collaboration with Sherpa Consulting to enhance Bloomberg EMRS expertise.
