Senior Director, ICE Data Services – APAC

Rodney serves as Senior Director of Business Development for ICE Data Services across the Asia Pacific region, and is based in Singapore. He brings to this role an extensive international career spanning financial services and market data, with direct experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Rodney commenced his professional career in Canada prior to joining TD Bank in Ottawa and subsequently Bank of New York in London. He joined Intercontinental Exchange through an acquired business in London, before assuming responsibility for establishing ICE’s inaugural presence in Paris. He has since held senior roles in Hong Kong and Singapore, reflecting his sustained commitment to developing ICE’s business across global and emerging markets.

Throughout his tenure at ICE, Rodney has held a number of senior leadership positions, including Global Head of Partnerships. He is a recognised advocate for innovation and market development across Asia, and works closely with institutional clients and strategic partners to advance the adoption and application of high-quality financial market data and analytics.
