Rebecca leads the Global Customer Service and Data Experience function for the Real-Time business at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She is responsible for the strategy and execution of a global infrastructure resilience and stability programme, ensuring the delivery of mission-critical data services with a focus on client outcomes and operational excellence.
Rebecca began her career with Thomson Reuters in New York, working within the News team before relocating to London to join LSEG’s Risk division, focused on cloud strategy for compliance solutions. This cross-functional experience laid the foundation for her transition into Real-Time, where her focus includes telemetry, monitoring, regulatory alignment, and customer-centric service design.
A former competitive athlete, Rebecca brings a performance-driven mindset to her leadership style—combining strategic discipline with a passion for continuous improvement. Now based in London, she is known for bridging technical delivery and customer impact at scale, driving a culture of stability, transparency, and innovation across LSEG’s global Real-Time business.
