Executive Director, Retail Sales and Distribution, Asia Pacific, CME Group

Neil Pabari serves as Executive Director, Retail Sales and Distribution, Asia Pacific for CME Group. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for leading CME Group’s initiatives to expand its retail presence in the region and unlock potential in the retail client segment through cultivating deeper client relationships and broadening distribution networks.

Before joining CME Group in July 2025, Neil served as Asia Pacific Head of the Customer Connect channel for the Data and Analytics division of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where his remit was to drive revenue growth across the company’s regional customer community. Prior to that, Neil held a number of senior customer-facing roles at LSEG, including Global Head of Focused Markets, Head of Sales APAC and Market Head for North Asia, and has been based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Neil began his career as an FX trader in London, and in 2004 he co-founded a CFD and FX brokerage firm and was its COO until 2009 when he exited the business. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
