Leon Liang is the Director of Feeds Business Development at ICE. Leon has over 17-year experience in the Financial Service industry, and he serves as the domain expert across areas of Market Data Feed, Big Data Analytics, Machine Readable News, Financial Trading systems and Enterprise Risk management. Leon also has rich knowledge in the areas of cloud computing and regulatory requirements over adopting cloud solutions.

Leon holds a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA degree in Finance and Consulting, and he is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a certified snowboarding instructor by the Canadian Snowboarding Association (CASI).
