Jesper has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, focusing on fixed-income and currency markets, data utilization and financial technology (FinTech).

Jesper is based in Hong Kong and is the Representative, Asia-Pacific at OpenFin (openfin.co). Having worked in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong over the years, he has actively participated in the electronification of financial markets across trading, sales, data and related workflows.

Before OpenFin, Jesper was Managing Director, Asia-Pacific at Algomi, Managing Director, North East Asia, at OANDA and Managing Director at JEMI Limited.

Earlier in his career, Jesper was part of the team that established Tradeweb (Nasdaq: TW) in Europe. He held senior roles in sales and product development before being appointed Managing Director, Asia Pacific, to head up Tradeweb’s expansion into Asia-Pacific, initially based in Tokyo and later Hong Kong.

Jesper graduated from Copenhagen Business School and participated in the European Commission’s Tokyo-based Executive Training Programme (ETP), which is focused on conducting business in Japan.
