Alex is the head of Linklaters China TMT/IP team based in Shanghai. Alex’s practice covers data privacy, cybersecurity and other data and IT management concerns, as well as tech and IP licensing and regulatory advisory matters in China. Alex also advises clients on the legal, regulatory, and policy impact of emerging tech and disruptive technology, as well as the increasing convergence between technology, data and corporate social responsibility.
