Senior Principal, Expand Research

Kevin’s career has spanned industry sectors including, Banking, Broking, Financial Services and Life Sciences. 

He is a senior practitioner having managed Content Operations, Change Management and Market Data Services teams across Operations, Editorial, Technology, CDO and the business. His experience has covered all aspects of market, reference, real time and client data, and data from the Life Sciences/Pharma industry. He currently works at Expand Research in the External Fees department to help clients navigate the market complexities to reduce market data costs and simplify processes.

Kevin Morgan has worked at HSBC for 8 years and his last role there was Global Head of Market Data. During that time Kevin was a customer of Expand Research and has always shown a keen interest in the business through continued professional relationships.

Prior to HSBC, Kevin worked for Reuters/Thomson Reuters and has held senior management positions in London and Exeter. Earlier in his career Kevin worked for a number of Banks/Brokers in the City of London including Citibank and Lehman Brothers.

Kevin holds a master’s degree in management from the University of Exeter’s School of Business and Economics, and is married with 4 children.
