Market Data Engineer, Bloomberg

Yuji Takai is a senior engineer at Bloomberg, where he has worked for more than four years developing and maintaining a variety of market data feed applications across multiple asset classes for various exchanges across Asia-Pacific. He played a central role in the integration of the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Arrowhead 4.0 project with Bloomberg’s systems.

Yuji earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in the United States. He is passionate about running, and completed his first marathon this year, finishing the Tokyo Marathon with a net time of 3 hours and 7 minutes.
