Paul Callaway works in the CTO Office at Bloomberg, where he is responsible for the architectural roadmap for Bloomberg’s real-time market data systems, which deliver hundreds of billions of pieces of financial information per day to the company’s customers around the globe. His work focuses on ensuring that the systems underpinning Bloomberg’s data delivery infrastructure remain performant, scalable, and reliable — especially as market data volume increases. Paul has more than 25 years of experience across the finance industry, including work developing an exchange-side order entry and matching engine.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering Case Western Reserve University, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
